So is everyone preparing for another snow day. I have my grandson here for the night and also started another project.
I bought this ruler when I first started blogging and it has been hanging in my sewing room ever since. I saw a design on the internect a while ago that I have always wanted to try. What a great weekend to work on it. I won this fabric quite awhile ago and it is perfect for what I want to make with it. This ruler makes a great Dresden plate. It should be really pretty.
I finished this tree skirt for my daughter n law for Christmas. It is a Sew Karen-ly created pattern called Woodland Forest. A very easy pattern. I have a few of her patterns that I really enjoy making.
I also have this material for another one of Karen's patterns called Orential Beauty. This is a paper piecing piece. Looking forward to seeing how this one looks.
So I hope everyone is ready for a snow day and have a chance to enjoy their sewing room tomorrow.
I love all those reds for the Dresden plates. Thank goodness, no snow here, but, we do have frigid temps (negative 8 tonight).
ReplyDeletevery nice there Marla... All hunkered in for the snow..lol
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry you're having so much snow, but it looks like you're using that hunkering-in time for fun things. Love the Dresdens! Stay warm!
